Electronics Recycling in Denver

|

At TAVA Waters, we’re committed to promoting a green lifestyle. Set on handsomely landscaped grounds on picturesque Windsor Lake, our community offers an environmentally minded living experience in beautiful Denver, Colorado.

To decrease the amount of waste in our landfills, it is illegal in Colorado to dump a variety of electronic devices, including computers, fax machines, VCRS, and monitors. We often hear from residents who wish to recycle their electronics but don’t know where or how. For your convenience, we’ve compiled resources on electronic recycling in Denver to help you reduce your carbon footprint.

Action Recycling

You can drop off many of your recyclable electronics at Action Recycling without paying a fee. They recycle keyboards, printers, copiers, computers, and cell phones as well as monitors and televisions. In addition, they also pay for motherboards, hard drives, and precious metals. Call ahead to confirm fees and availability.

METech Recycling

Together with the city of Denver, METech Recycling allows Denver residents to drop off their televisions, laptops, and other electronics at a drastically reduced rate. METech Recycling accepts a variety of items ranging from televisions, laptops, telephones, video game consoles, and small appliances. Request an e-cycle coupon to ensure you receive the discount.

R2 Stewardship

With locations in Denver and Littleton, R2 Stewardship is a convenient electronics recycling solution. For a fee, you can recycle most of your spare electronic devices. Staples

To drop off your electronics for free, check out a nearby Staples store. They accept up to seven items per customer every day. They accept most items including computers, digital cameras, gaming consoles, and MP3 players. Some items are even eligible for trade-in including laptops, mobile phones, and tablets. While they take many items, they do have a short list of items they will not accept, including appliances, kitchen electronics, large speakers, and televisions.

Techno+Rescue

Support a veteran-owned business and drop off your e-waste at Techno+Rescue. Located in Aurora, they will accept most electronic devices for a nominal fee. They offer recycling for a wide array of devices including desktops, networking devices, phones, televisions, cameras, monitors, and car audio equipment.
